The first beta user onboarding for Sponsonizer went well! The user (Astro Weekly) completed the whole setup flow in 15 minutes, and I took notes on confusing things he pointed out during the call. Thankfully, there weren't many!

I'm going to work on those tonight in preparation for my next call on Friday morning. Things are getting exciting! 

I have my first customer onboarding call this coming Tuesday, and I'm so nervous! 

After 2 years of learning backend development and building Sponsonizer, I'm finally ready for beta users. 

I plan to record the onboarding call to watch it in more detail later and see how to improve the product.
