Not sure what model to choose. I am however tempted to go for one payment because to use the app you will use your own OpenAI API key so the tool I built is built on top of Chat-GPT in this case I don't think a monthly subscription model will be successful. What do you guys think?

I managed to limit the OpenAI API usage so now I want to integrate Stripe so I can check if the user is on a paid plan or not. It's coming along...

I started my first Indie Maker journey by building my first SaaS. I don't think it's something revolutionary but I think I will learn a lot along the way.

The project: It will be an OpenAI UI Client that will come with a few things out of the box like a chat with pdf feature, premium prompts, and so on. I'm still brainstorming for features that I can add to bring value. As for monetization, I am not sure how much to charge / per month or one-time payment considering that you will need your OWN OpenAI API token to use GPT-4 and DALL E 3 and so on.
