April 1st — Fool’s Day — and the day the King rose from the death bed to the throne. 👑🍌🐶

Like many indie makers, I struggled to get traffic to my recently built tool — certdecoder.com.

To get traffic, you need high DR.

To get high DR, you need to submit to directories... and most of those are a pain in the ass.

So, long story short: I decided to do something stupid.

And Fool’s Day felt like the perfect time to do it.

Today, the homepage of banana.dog went live — a directory for small (and not-so-small) tools that deserve a little more spotlight.

As King, Banana.dog has its own taste. Your tool might not make the cut.

But one thing the King promises: there will always be a free listing option.
