Today, I was starting to build a new no-code tool for marketers and developers. I'm planning to launch this tool on the first Q1 2024.

However, I have questions about how to license software based on Electron. Any feedback is welcome.

Looks cools! What's your questions about licensing?

Afaik you don't need to worry about that at all as electron itself is MIT licensed, but haven't really went deep into that.

Because, I want to create licenses to buy the software.

so are you wondering how to create a license key software or if it’s fine with making such an license key software? for the second one there’s no problem with that as electron is mit licensed as said and the first one can be easily solved with lemonsqueezy or whop :)

ps: i personally wouldn’t recommend license based but rather account based as I feel that it’s nowadays more liked by customers

Super clean design! 🔥

Thank u 🙌🏽

Hello guys! Happy to connect. I'm Javier a software engineer joining to product design area. I'm currently running my own engineering studio in Mexico to help startups, early founders, and others create beautiful products.

Today, I finished redesigning my personal website but I'm trying to find a better approach to push my studio without losing my current work on projects.

What do you think about it? I need to create another website for the studio or I can handle all services from my own website.

Rate my current design and share feedback with me!

Thanks, I'm happy to be here!
